The El Cortez issued (2) new 77th Anniversary $10.00 CLAD silver strikes for the Life is Beautiful festival held in Las Vegas on September 21, 22 & 23rd. 2018. Each CLAD Blue Cap $10.00 silver strike has a mintage of 500 each and has a S mint mark. See the new strikes here.

Passing of a Member

Hello - My name is Tami Hummel Daughter of Peggy Johnson and I found the club web site while looking in my Mothers computer.

I wanted the club members to know that Peggy Johnson (member SS-177A) Wife of Walt Johnson (SS-177) passed away on July 29th after losing her fight with Cancer.

She always enjoyed going to Las Vegas to see the friends she had made in the club.
